There is a large dining table and 6 chairs, a comfortable leather sofa and patio doors leading onto the garden and patio area. Outside there are table, chairs and bbq, perfect for those summer evenings

 

 

The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the Cotswolds. There are two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), oak furniture, LCD TV with freeview, playstation 2 and DVD player. There are also a number of traditional board games and books for your enjoyment.
In addition to the full central heating there is also a contemporary ceramic gas fire in the lounge, lovely on a cold winters night..

 

 

On the ground floor you will find a utility room with toilet and sink, there is also a washing machine and seperate dryer..
